WildTrails Safari may at times use ground agents for their Safari, during this time every effort is made to ensure that our values and service will not change. 

WildTrails Safari does not offer VISA, Air tickets or Hotel accommodation if any that the customer has to undertake before or after the Safari. 

WildTrails Safari will not entertain customers who do not have travel insurance for this trip. 

WildTrails Safari will require an advance deposit of 30%  at the time of accepting the contract and the remaining 70% of the trip cost 1 month before the trip date unless negotiated with management.

All transactions are to be conducted strictly in US dollars. 

Any cancellations will forfeit the advance deposit paid. 

WildTrails Safari will endeavour to arrange all of the dietary requirements for its customers, although this being a Safari and in the middle of the bush, might be difficult in minimum circumstances.
